The ClearView Pro Licence Agreement is with our solicitor. The approved agreement will be published here in full before ClearView Pro goes on sale, and you will be able to read it before you buy. ClearView Pro also shows it, and asks you to accept it, the first time it starts.
The licence in summary

| Evaluation | 30 days, started by you; up to 3 client files; the Demo Company does not count |
| After the evaluation | Read-only: open, view and back up your data, and activate a licence |
| Refund | Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the licence has not been activated |
| Version 3 | A separate product, which may be offered as a paid upgrade |
