These terms apply to your use of aghavion.com. They are separate from the ClearView Pro Licence Agreement, which governs the software itself.
3. Using the website
You may browse and use the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, try to bypass its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts it, or present Aghavion content as your own.
4. Information on the website
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date. Product descriptions summarise ClearView Pro; the User Manual and the Licence Agreement supplied with the software are the authoritative description. ClearView Pro is in the final stages of preparation for commercial release, so details of editions, prices and services may change before you buy. The terms on the page when you buy apply to your purchase.
5. Your Aghavion account
You may create a free account to download ClearView Pro and manage your licences and support requests. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You must give accurate details and use the account only for yourself or your practice. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the website or to share licences, and will tell you why. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile; the Privacy Notice explains what is kept.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, branding, graphics, screenshots and product descriptions belong to Aghavion or its licensors. Xero, QuickBooks and Windows are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not mean they endorse ClearView Pro.
7. Links
Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on the website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below identifies the current version.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
