Part A — This website and your Aghavion account
This part covers aghavion.com and the free Aghavion account you can create on it. Part B is the privacy notice for people who evaluate, buy and use ClearView Pro, the same text that ships with the application.
A1. Who is responsible
The controller is Sajid Ali Khan trading as Aghavion, United Kingdom. Contact: support@aghavion.com.
A2. Browsing the website
- No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that do not need an account set no cookies.
- Technical delivery data. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect it (for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) under its own terms. We do not use that information to identify you.
- Emails you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, message and any attachments. Our business email is provided by Microsoft 365.
A3. Your Aghavion account
When you create an account we hold:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your practice or business name;
- your password, only as a salted one-way hash (we cannot read it);
- when you created the account, confirmed your email address and last signed in;
- the licences linked to your email address, and your orders;
- the activation, transfer and evaluation request files you upload, and the licence and evaluation files we return. These contain your licence number and identifiers of your computer created by ClearView Pro, never client data;
- your support requests and our replies;
- a security log of sign-ins, password changes, uploads and downloads.
Why: to give you the account you asked for and to deliver and support your licences (contract); and to keep the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).
Cookies: signing in sets two cookies that are strictly necessary for the account to work and need no consent: a session cookie (HttpOnly, 30 days or until you sign out) and a cookie that only records that you are signed in, so the menu can show "My account".
Where it is kept: in Cloudflare's database (D1) and private file storage (R2). Account emails (confirming your address, resetting your password, "your licence file is ready" and support replies) are sent by Resend.
How long: until you delete your account (Profile → Delete my account) or ask us to. Deleting it removes your account, request files and support history straight away. Licence and purchase records are kept as set out in Part B, so your licence can still be honoured. Security logs are kept for up to 2 years.
A4. Paying online
"Buy" takes you to a payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy notice. We receive your name, email address, billing address and what you bought, never your card details.
A5. Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare, Resend, Microsoft and Stripe act for us under their data-processing terms; Stripe is also an independent controller of the payment details it collects. Some of them may process information outside the UK; where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. You can ask us for details.
A6. Your rights and complaints
You can ask for a copy of your information, its correction or deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where it applies. Email support@aghavion.com; we reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113. Please tell us first, so we can put it right.
A7. Changes
We will update this page before the website starts collecting anything new. Last updated: 17 October 2026.
Part B — ClearView Pro customers
The privacy notice for people who buy and use ClearView Pro — covering purchase records, licence records, activation and support — is with our solicitor and will be published here before ClearView Pro goes on sale. In short: ClearView Pro keeps client data on your own computer and never sends it to us, and we hold only what we need to sell, activate and support your licence.
